Anthony’s previous experience includes working for an American audit firm, the Luxembourg office of a Magic Circle law firm, and finally the financial engineering department of a major French bank.
Anthony practices primarily in the areas of company law, investment funds, tax law and commercial law. He has handled large international financing schemes and restructurings in which Luxembourg was a key jurisdiction. He has built up in-depth knowledge of the needs of leading international clients and is now a trusted adviser and representative of both large international groups and smaller businesses.
Anthony has both a Master of Law (maîtrise en droit) and a Master of Political Science (maîtrise en sciences politiques) from the Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg. He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Texas, School of Law, in Austin. He is a member of the Luxembourg Association of Banking Lawyers. He has taught company law at the Chambre des Salariés in Luxembourg.
