Aude has previously worked as an attorney for a Luxembourg-based law firm active in litigation and business law. She has also worked as legal assistant for an international advisory company located in Luxembourg where she was mostly in charge of corporate law.
Aude has gained a significant professional experience in assisting public and private Luxembourg entities and prominent industrial groups.
Aude is currently working as legal assistant at Bouchoms & Braesch where she is mostly involved in corporate law, business litigation and the legal assistance to an international group active in the solar energy industry structured around a Luxembourg investment company in capital risk (SICAR).
Aude holds a Maîtrise en droit des affaires from the Université de Nancy II (France).
